As you search for your new residential service, dumpster or trailer rental, you may be wondering, “what time is my pick up?” or “what can I not set out with my trash”. Find these and other frequently asked questions below!

We recommend setting your trash out the night before or by 6am the day of pick up. You will be provided your day of pick-up upon signing up and/or receiving your first invoice.
Drivers may not return to residences if materials/waste is not set out at the curb on the scheduled day of pick up.

They don't! At Built Different Waste Removal we will continue waste removal services for our customers on their regular scheduled pick-up day, regardless of holiday calendars.

Up to 3 96 gallon cans and one free bulk item per week!

Yes! We will pick up one free item a week. If you have a couch, TV, mattress, etc. you may set that out with your residential trash free of charge. No need to wrap items or call ahead! However, this does not include an excess amount of residential trash or cleanouts. (Please contact us if you need a dumpster for excess amounts of waste).

We do offer 96-gallon cans with wheels and lids. We do not rent our cans they are yours to keep after purchase! You are also welcome to use your own trash cans or you may simply leave your trash bags at the designated pickup location on your property. All trash MUST be bagged, bundled, or in a can.

A few things we do not accept are tires, batteries, bags of concrete, dirt, any heavy metal or car parts, hazardous materials, oil filled containers, anything with Freon or wet paint.

Late fees will apply if the bill has not been paid by the 15th of the month due. There will be an additional $10 charge for any late payment made after the 15th. Any accounts delinquent for a month or longer will be terminated unless noted otherwise.
